Records that hold up

Nothing is overwritten. Corrections are recorded as corrections, carrying a reason and an author. The original stays readable.
Course content is versioned. Change a checklist this year and last year’s completions still render against the rules they were assessed under.
Access is logged. Reads as well as writes, so “who looked at my certifications” has an answer.
Your data is your own. Separation between organisations is enforced by the database itself, not by application code that could forget.
